Retail Technical Support Services (RTSS) is an Irish owned company formed in 2010 to focus on Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS). It brings together a team with combined EAS experience of almost fifty years in the industry.  It also brings together the best retail security products and equipment available in the market place.  The objective is to provide every customer with the best retail security solution to their security tagging problems.

History: Retail Technical Support Services (RTSS) was formed in 2010 to focus on the EAS industry and offer a variety of retail security products and services to retailers.

Retail Type: Retail Technical Support Services (RTSS) have customers from stand alone stores to retail chains including Pharmacies, Music Stores, Newsagents, Off-Licence, Supermarkets, Clothes Shops, Boutiques, Toy Stores and many more.

Locations: With Offices in Galway and Kildare and technical support in Cork and Belfast, Retail Technical Support Services (RTSS) provides a nationwide service both in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Equipment Types: RTSS supply a full range of EAS Equipment utilising both AM and RF technologies and is in a unique position of being able to recommend and supply the best technologies to meet any client’s requirement.  Our engineers are fully conversant with and fully trained in all technologies used by us.

Customer Service: In keeping with a strong focus on the customer service RTSS provides a complete after sales service combining maintenance contracts with rapid response to technical problem resolution. We maintain a significant stock of spare parts and always have critical spares in stock.
